Welcome to SM Appliance Service Hub. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the provision of our AC repair and maintenance services.
By accessing this website and/or booking a service with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use SM Appliance Service Hub if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Scope of Service
SM Appliance Service Hub provides doorstep air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance services in Salem and surrounding areas.
We operate strictly as an independent third-party service center. We are not an authorized service center for any specific AC brands.
We specialize exclusively in out-of-warranty appliances. If your appliance is still covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend contacting the authorized brand center directly.
2. Visiting and Diagnosis Charges
A standard Inspection/Visiting Charge of ₹350 applies to all doorstep visits by our technicians.
This fee covers the cost of travel and the physical diagnosis of the appliance fault.
The ₹350 charge is payable even if you choose not to proceed with the suggested repair after the technician has diagnosed the issue.
3. Service & Spare Parts Warranty
Service Warranty: We provide a 30-day service warranty on the specific labor and workmanship performed during our visit. If the exact same issue reoccurs within 30 days due to our faulty workmanship, we will fix it at no additional labor cost.
Spare Parts Warranty: We provide a 180-day warranty on any spare parts supplied and replaced by us. This warranty applies only to the specific part replaced and does not cover other components of the AC unit.
Exclusions: Our warranties do not cover damage caused by external factors such as voltage fluctuations, physical impact, pests, unauthorized tampering, or natural disasters after the repair is completed.
4. AI Images and Digital Content
As stated on our website, we use AI-generated images (via Gemini AI) for customer identification and illustrative purposes.
All content, text, and graphics on this website are the property of SM Appliance Service Hub or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or reuse this content without our written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality repair services, SM Appliance Service Hub is not liable for any pre-existing internal faults or damage discovered during the dismantling or inspection of your appliance.
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use your air conditioner.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Villupuram/Kallakurichi Taluk, Tamil Nadu.
